Package Filters manipulation in Report Studio

Hello Everyone,
I have to implement a scenario which I am not sure is possible. We have a whole bunch of in-built package filters (FM) currently in Report Studio.
For eg: F1, F2, F3
A user should have an option of choosing to run the report (pre-built) as is or should be able to enable one or more of F1, F2, F3. That is, these filters each should have an option of being enabled.

Let me explain it more clearly. If a user runs a saved report without doing anything else, he/she will run the report excluding these three filters. But if they want the data for a particular area, they select F1 the next time they run. If they want the data for a particular product, they select F2. If necessary, the user should be able to select both F1 and F2.
Is it possible to manipulate package filters in this way?

I am not sure this can be done. But someone with greater experience might know of a way?

If it's going to be saved report you will not be able to manipulate filters.

but you can heve 3 optional prompt and the report can be saved without filters, in the report create link with Drill Through Definision to the same report (itself), in option mark (run the report) and always show prompts,

One more - I have similar, if you need saved report - I create / save all combinations of report with HTML links to other combinations.

you will find java aplication on support page to manage this.

Hello Billylodz...thanks for the answer...appreciate it..
However, I have a question. How do you use a pre-built filter as a prompt?
