FYI - Contributor on ORACLE in locked down environment

FYI, when creating CTB application in locked down environment (i.e. you are not able to create users directly into database), you should add something like this into your DDL code, or else face problems when linking the application into CAC after DDL skript is executed (application not visible & other errors):

Of course, the first action you want to do for your application is to change the user credentials to be used to access the planning store by server (Datastore connection information).
