showing wrong login time

Hi Cognos Gurus,
We have configured cogno audit, i was working fine. it is showing  same login time every time i  login in time as last login time  . what  would be the problem ?.
is this the probelm with database or Congos

What is the service used  by congos Audit?

To display proper time what i have to do

Hi there,

Can you please provide detailed information as its hard to answer a question without it.
E.g.
1.  What version of Cognos are you referring to?
2.  What operating system have you installed the Content Manager on?
3.  What version of Java is seen in the path statement?  Or run a test in Cognos to provide this information'
4.  What database is hosting the Audit database?  The Audit database, like the Content store uses JDBC.
5.  When did you notice this first and has there been any successful entries?

Why I'm asking is that in Oz, its just ticked over to daylight savings when all the jre gremlins appear for time based issues.  You need to make sure that the jre version you are using is the most current and there are links on the IBM, and Oracle (Sun) websites on how to update the JRE for DST.

Not much help I know but without the relevant info...
