After Adding Azure AD, getting ca login authentication error

Hi,

I have configured Azure AD namespace in cognos 11.1, after the completing the configuration I have getting below error. Can anyone please what needs be done to resolve this issue ?

"CA Login Authentication Error Unable to authenticate. The provided credentials are restricted from accessing IBM Cognos. Please contact your administrator."

Hi,

It sounds to me like the user you are logging in as hasn't been added to any groups or roles in the Cognos namespace that permit any sort of access. Did you originally authenticate using a different namespace? If so, you'll need to first log in as a user in the old namespace that has System Administrator privileges, then without logging out, log in a second time to the Azure AD namespace. You can then start adding your Azure AD groups and users to the appropriate groups and roles in the Cognos namespace.
