Need to show the Time part of date and Time prompt dynamically

Hi,

I need to use date and Time prompt in the report.
For Date portion there is a option in Cognos itself (EDIT BOX in UI)where we can select the date once we click on the calendar icon,while executing the report.
Is there any javascript code to achieve similar thing in for Time portion.
