Visualizations - Combinations - Annotations

I have multiple reports recently created that provide information of our daily Operations.

My issue is that the out of the box visualizations available does not offer combinations of multiple lines and multiple bar columns, so they were created using the legacy charts.

We have a new request to add annotations, so I that is available only with Visualizations. Our version is 11.1.5.

So, I have two questions:
1.- How I can add a better set of visualizations?
2.- How I can add annotations? Is that available only with visualizations or can be added to charts?
