Problem with delivering scheduled report by email

Hello to all  ;D

I have a problem with delivering the reporting by email. I have added my email and the format that i want the report to be emailed, the scheduled report runs properly and a view is saved, but the email doesn't come.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Have you checked to see that your Cognos configuration has been defined correctly to point to your email server? This is something an Administrator needs to do, so you might need to ask him/her to check it for you if you can't do it yourself.

Failing this, I'd be looking at your email server logs to see if there are any entries corresponding to the missing emails.

In theory that have done those configurations. I went to the Administrator console to see what is happening and saw this
Dispatcher: Unavailable. Process ID: 3277060.

Is there something wrong with the connection to the email server?

If you go into the Cognos Configuration utility and right-click the email server config then choose "Test", does the test succeed or do you see any errors reported?
