We encounter a problem with the Administration Console. When we want to go to the Administration Console the "old school" interface of Cognos loads but gives us a message that the page does not exists or might be deleted. Is it true that the Administration Console is not available anymore? Or do we need to change a few things to make it accessible again?

Hi,

The Administration Console is still the old UI, and it opens in a new browser tab. It is definitely still available. How are you accessing Cognos Analytics - via a web server or via the inbuilt servlet gateway?

Hi MFGF,

Correct the old UI opens. But in the old UI we see the text what mentioned above.

We access the environment via http://servername:9300/bi we get the user access portal accordingly and everything works. But for some reason the administration console is not working properly. I will try to attach an screenshot later today with the message.

Attached the error message we receive.

And we can't figure out what is causing this.

Are you seeing the same problem if you use Chrome or Firefox ESR?

Sorry for the late reaction, the client was on vacation and we couldn't check it ourselfs.

We have checked it with several browsers, and we get the same issue.
