How to Compare Prod vs Dev TM1?

Hello, I'm looking for a way to compare TM1 Prod and Dev.  I'm worried that our developers didn't note all there changes in Dev.  Is there a program or a way to compare like Cube vs Cube changes, or script on a cube?  Or process vs process between the two environments?

So, I took the files from our data folder which contains .RUX, .BLB, .PRO files and some other files.  I created a command prompt to use the fc command to compare the two folders from prod and dev.  Its not pretty, but it does tell me what file has changed.
