How to easily view report Filters?

I have been creating more organizational reports, and I was wondering if there is a more simple way to view or export the report filters.  I currently go to the query, and view the filters there.  I realize you can get to that screen via the main page as well by going to filters, but is there a nice easy way to get a list of your filters?
