Some product manager recently stated that this Quick Reference will be editable in some future release but not at the moment. I did not find any way to download the default extension.

Other then that you can always build your own extension with json. There are examples in the samples folder. For me its too much effort. Maybe using a custom folder at the navigation bar that opens a report instead of a folder? Can be done in json too but simpler imho.

Also what IBM have messed up on is that a lot of big companies block youtube and Internet all together on their development boxes.

As no development can be done on production its a case of having to download the pdf or weblinks and switching accoss to other servers that have Internet access to use the Internet and then switching back to the development.

So any helpfiles or videos wont work for the developers working in a true development box. Internet is blocked so software or email or anything cant penetrate the network. Surely packaging up pdf user guides in the install is a better way for users working offline

Hi J,

IBM have made it relatively easy to create your own extension to link to whatever content/pages you require. If the default links are not working for you, just set up your own extension with ones that do. I'm not sure I'd class this as IBM messing up? :)

Cheers!
