Hi all,

In FM 11.0.9, I'm trying to create a Stored Procedure Query Subject. However, when the Metadata Wizard gets me into the data connection, the Procedures folder is empty. The system stored procedures are visible - the ones I created are not.

Using: Windows Server 2008; SQL Server 2014; Cognos 11.0.9; FM 11.0.9.

The procedure is for data selection only and it works fine when I tested it in SQL Server 2014.
I haven't tried a stored procedure in FM for a while, but I do remember using them back in Cognos 8.4 with SQL Server 2008 and there was never a problem.

Perhaps I'm doing something fundamentally wrong - which happens frequently :P. Your wisdom would be appreciated... *^_^*

Oops, my bad, sorry for the wasted post  :'(

Seems like my problem was just one of "permissions" within the SQL Serve 2014 database. Once I gave the connection logon read access to the appropriate schema the Stored Procedures magically appeared.

Like I said in my first post, "...happens frequently", but eventually "daylight dawns in the swamp"

Sorry for the bother,
Cynder
