Issue with Paramarized Stored Procedure Query Subject

Hi All - I am facing one issue in cognos report studio while using stored procedure query subject in cognos FM. If I use report query with Auto Aggregation 'NO' then it works but if I use report query Auto Aggregation 'Yes'  it just keep on executing and it does not work. So as per my understating we are not able to see data in summary format in cognos output. Stored procedure accept 3 parameters and it contains simple SELECT query.

Please advise if anyone face this issue.

Please note this stored procedure is built on ORACLE 12C data base.
