Conditional formatting in visualizations

Hi all.

We've recently started with a test Cognos 11 environment. Goal is to build KPI's with conditional formatting (actual vs target).
I am looking for ways to use the conditional formatting into bar-charts and radials, but there appears to be no option for this.
Our version is V11.0.6.

I've configured a conditional style to turn green > 8.000. I can perfectly use this condition in a list, but see no option to use it in a chart.
Is this option even available in Cognos 11, or only in R7?
