Is there anyway to create a URL to a folder in C11

In C10 I used to schedule some reports, dump them in a folder and then include in the notification email a link to that folder.

In C11, it does not seem possible to create a link to a folder. Reports have a Create Shortcut option, but folders do not. I have tried using the pathref method and the object ID method but neither work. Is there anyway to create a URL to a folder in C11?
