Download chart html

Hi,

If you right click a chart found in a report studio report in in HTML you are able to select "Download chart" and save the chart as a picture. After upgrading to version 10.2.2 the option is still avialable but it doesen´t work. You can click the "Download chart" but nothing happends. Anyone with the same problem?

Hi,

It works fine for me in my 10.2.2 instance. What specific build/fix pack of Cognos 10.2.2 do you have? What browser and browser version are you using? Have you cleared your browser cache since upgrading versions of Cognos?
