Page Layer for report is repeating page name on Table on Contents

Hi,

My report is based on OLAP cube in Report studio  and we are using Cognos 10.2.2

The report has page layer on Company name and I have created a Table of Contents for the report.  When I generate the report the name of the page keeps repeating on the table of Contents page for the different company names and the TOC looks like

                                     Page   
1. Revenue by Product .... 2
2. Revenue by Product .... 4
3. Revenue by Product .... 6

The expected Table of Content should look like

1.0 Revenue by Product
        1.1 Metro food Company            ... 2
        1.2 Pricechopper food Company  ... 4
        1.3 Freshco Food Company         ....6

How can I achieve the expected Output any alternate solution like suffix the company name to the page name is also acceptable like

1. Revenue by Product Metro food company .... 2
2. Revenue by Product Pricechopper food company.... 4
3. Revenue by Product  Freshco food company .... 6


Please advise.
