White space between visualization and legend

New to Cognos and using version 10.2. Trying to find a way to reduce the white space between the visualization and the legend in the attached Advanced report and I can't find any property setting for this. What am I missing ?

Some visualizations have a percentage property to define the amount of space in the chart devoted to the axis and/or a percentage of space devoted to the legend. Reducing these percentages would shrink the wasted space. It is a bit fiddly and it varies a lot from one vis to the next in terms of properties available.
