Showing Tabs in an iFrame

So with Cognos you can have tabs on your report by going up to file and report properties, they work well. But I need to be able to do this but with an iframed report. When I try to iframe a report that has tabs I get just the line that shows what tab is highlighted rather than the whole tab like I would get on the report if it wasn't iframed in, what seems to be showing is just the tops of the tabs and that's it. Please help.
