Report shows incorrect value when drill down is done .

Hello , I have created a Report using report Studio.
Such report support the drill up and down but when I use the drill down some query items don't change their values
as expected and according to the levele I choose.
Attached file Question1.doc shows all the steps I have performed and the incorrect results (see red text in bold at the bottom of the file)
