Allocating 2 measures in different categories of a dimension

I thought I had posted this issue yesterday but am not able to find it so am posting again

So I have 2 measures (M1 and M2) that need to be allocated to 2 different categories in the first level of the same dimension.

for example Dimension A has 2 categories in the first level - C1 and C2. There are lower levels to the 2 where the 2 measures are distributed.
So instead of having 2 measure how do we allocate and work the design to consolidate to 1 measure.
Am asking if this is feasible and what are the considerations.

Thanks, damzi
