Second axis bars overlapping the first axis bars

Hi,

I'm making a combination chart which shows this year volume and sales as bars and last year values as lines. When you make a bar series on first and secondary axis, by default they overlap each other. How to fix this? Now I'm using empty Data Item as a "placeholder" for both axis, but this introduces another problem: Those series are visible on the legend. Does anybody have fix to either of these problems?

I actually made the chart differently so I didn't need to solve the problem. But you can reproduce it by making bar chart with second Y-axis and inserting one serie to each, they will be shown at the same location on the x-axis :o
