Dealing with External data in Report Studio

 Hi All,

         I am importing excel and using one of the column info in the filter criteria of report studio.I am getting  the below error message while validating

QE-DEF-0469

RQP-DEF-0513 The determinants of model query subject 'Master' are ignored, because it has no joins to other query subjects and its 'Generate SQL' option is set to 'Minimize'

Attached is the error message while running

I don't required to join the external source as the external excel is used only as input for filter criteria

Hi,

The error you posted is UDA-EE-0011, and is usually generated where you try to cast something non-numeric as an integer
