Excel Issue - Decimals

Gurus,

In our dev environment we are able to successfully export a report to excel, which has combination chart and the hidden sheet of the chart(in excel) contains measures as integers, for y-axis values.

But when we deployed this report to testing environment we are getting 'unformatting error' in excel, and error is pointing to the hidden sheet, where the chart contains measures as decimals, for y-axis values.

So any idea like why in one environment, excel is displaying integers and in other environment decimals ( both the databases are same).

We are on 10.2.1

Is it any server side software issue (excel specific). We are running report in Excel 2007.
