How to display time on chart y axis

Hi All,

I am trying to display time (HH:MM) on Y axis in line chart but its not showing any data.

Actually, I am trying to display date on x axis and time on y axis. (In default measure I kept the time). Am I doing it correctly ?

This chart is needs to show (time)when the task is completed on the date basis.

Could anyone provide some tips on this.
