Is there any way to display count along with percentages in Bar chart in Cognos

Hi All,

I have a requirement to use a bar chart, where it shows counts of resources. When we do a mouse hover the tool tip has to display counts along with percentages for each bar. I am using Cognos 10.2.2 and model is relational. When I tried the option to use the custom label. I am getting a error saying only an attribute can be used and measure cannot be used. Can we able to achieve this requirement in Cognos bar charts?

Can you guys please let me know if you have any suggestions?
