Modify a prompt widget in cognos work space

Hi.
I have a dashboard created using work space with various tabs.
The first tab is showing various prompts .
Now I need to modify one of the prompts,so I have made changes in the original report containing the prompt and bring that report again to the first tab,but now the connection is not working
and the dashboard is not showing the data as per the values selected in the prompt.
Can anyone please let me know what I am missing here.

Have you checked the parameter name for all the reports. it should be same for all the reports.

Hi,
Check the listen for widgets events of the prompt and check in Liston To window, what are the widgets are marked.
If the widget which you are looking is not marked then mark it.
