Is any way to create customized group Manually?

Hi All,
   I'm working cognos 10.2. I created a report in cross table, column field are customized group like RETAINER, SUPPORT, BUG. Now I  want to group two more column as CLIENT and R&D in table but it was not reflect in report studio because not yet created any ticket for that two column. My requirement to add that two fields in customized group Manually.

Note : I was created Customized group to click that field -> calculate -> Define custome group.
