TM1 10.1.1 Localization

All - a newbie question:

1. How do we localize in 10.1.1?
2. Is there a feature?
3. I tried to create an attribute named "Caption"
3. I then tried to use the function AttrPutS to provide a translation in English (en) and got an error:
  AttrPutS('<translation>', '<dim>', '<element>', 'Caption', 'en');

Any insight is much appreciated.  Thanks.

All - determined this is only a feature for version TM1 10.2.2.
