Show Value Prompt on HTML report when Scheduled

Hi,

If a report is Scheduled and the output is HTML, is it normal that the value prompts are not displayed or is it supposed to show up on the report also?

If you schedule a report to run, it will run on schedule. It will get the data and save an output version. That output version of the data is obviously static, since it was already retrieved and saved. So, naturally, prompts won't work. If you want a dynamic scheduled report, look into active reports.
