Mouse Hover Tooltip Modification

Hi All,

We have a requirement to change the style of Tool tip box to be changed for a map report. Means i  have a map when the mouse is placed over the india the toll tip box currently have grey background and black font the size of the box is little small,,
Can we have a workaround or Jscript to modify this.
