How to get a new pop up window, when we do mouse hover on the image in Cognos 10

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to get a new pop window, when we do mouse hover on the image in Cognos 10.2.2 and data source is relational
.
Can you guys please suggest me, if it is possible to achieve such kind of requirement in Cognos then can you guys please guide/suggest me the solution. Please find the attachment of the requirement, which needs to be achieved.

Hi BigChris,

As you mentioned the video was from IBM site I guess not quite sure or got it when googled, but I didn't added the remaining XML files, which are used, which have java script in the HTML items. Now the issue we are facing is java script is not working.
Please find the attached XML file attachment. There are two files. I will attach one file after the other.

Can some one, please help us to get this resolved.
