Dear Cognos Lovers,
Could anyone please guide me the steps of Making "Page Up" and "Bottom" alive in Cognos Viewer, as I am not able to see these options in the left bottom of the Page? When I am running a Report in the Form of PDF, I am getting 20 Pages of Reports  but when I am running the same report in HTML format, I am getting only single Page and rest of the data is not appearing in the page . I rechecked every condition and I didn't put any Filter also  . Please tell me steps so that I can see all the pages (say 20 Pages) when I will run in HTML format.
Please provide screenshot if possible.

Thanks in Advance

Are you saying that when you run to HTML you get one page of data with say 20 rows and no page up/down links to see the rest?
If so, I don't have that behavior - I always see one page of data, but the links are always active to see the rest.

Or, are you saying that you just want to render all the data on one page in HTML?
If so, I am not sure this can be done.
From my understanding, HTML renders a page at a time by default.
But, maybe one of the experts on this forum can provide a way.

However, if you just want to see all the data in the HTML view, you can change the number of rows in the container (List or Crosstab) to be say 99999.
Just select the container and this is one of the properties available, the default is 20 rows which is why the page up/page down links appear after the first 20 rows.
This won't give separate pages, but will create one large page that you can scroll up/down thru and view all the data.

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Adam.

Data containers have a property called "Pagination". In the options that show when you select the property, check "Repeat every page". Seems counter-intuitive to me, but this removes the pagination in HTML view.

If you have multiple data containers, you'll need to do this for every one of them. If you have different settings for each container, pagination gets a little wacky.

Yes you understand it correctly,
when I run to HTML I get one page of data with say 20 rows and no page up/down links to see the rest? I tried every techniques like Pagination ,number of rows of Container but nothing works out. Still hunting for exact steps.
Please suggest some alternative

If I had to guess, I'd wager you might be using an unsupported browser or browser version?
