Cognos 10 chart on mouseover.

Hi all,

Been wrestling with this for a few days now.

I've followed the process detailed here:

I even downloaded the xml and retrofitted the data items to suit my package but for the life of me it wont work.

both reports run individually but the mouseover just shows an empty white box?

I'm using Cognos 10.2.1 on IE9 if this is a factor?

has anybody else gotten mouseover charts in cognos 10 to work? If so, please help!!
