DATA Refresh in Progress Message

Hi All,

I have a requirement to have and Data Refresh in Progress when our ETL Load is going on on the Cognos Portal.

Can you please guide or link an good article which says the way to do that?

Basically I need an Message Displayed on Cognos Portal which says Data Refresh in Progress.

I do have Audit Tables to use , however would like an Approach.

weather i add this message as conditional prompt in each report?

or is there any way we can run a Banner on portal as "Data Refresh is in progress" all the time the ETL Load is run

in Header or of the portal page?
