Looks like you didn't set up the cgi-bin folder in IIS as an application in IIS

Hi Inam,

I'm completely sure you will have read the Forum Etiquette rules - you have been pointed to them many times by many people on this forum, including me. This means you know not to post the same issue in multiple threads. Here you are doing it again, though. Why? The other thread you posted this question in is here: http://www.cognoise.com/index.php/topic,27330.msg87575.html#msg87575

The error you are seeing points to a mis-configuration in IIS. You haven't told us how you configured it, so how can you expect anyone to know what you did wrong? SomeClown has tried to point you in the right direction, but you are dismissing his suggestion and insisting he think of something else. Like me, I'm sure SomeClown is not clairvoyant. This means he can't mystically know what steps you took in configuring your web server. The only way he (or any of us) can know is for you to list, in detail, how you configured IIS. Tell us step-by-step what you did. Then we might be able to suggest what you did wrong.

Hmmm. Looks like I seriously underestimated your clairvoyant abilities - perhaps you should change your forum ID to "Mystic SomeClown the all-seeing"? :D
