Move values on 3D charts

How do you move values on a 3D bar chart?  I have selected "Yes" to Show Values, now I only see two options of 'Coarse' and 'Fine' stagger for moving the value around which I don't notice the difference between the two.  Is there a way to move values to the left, top, right, outside top, inside top like on the 2D charts?  I have view problems with shown values overlapping when the two bars are close.
