Pre-configuring the Mobile iPad application for users

Hi guys,i've this question for you..
i've configured and generated the mobile configuration code,i've sent an email to my ipad,following instruction and automatically my cognos app request me namespace (we have two namespace and username and pwd) without typing url to connect to IBM cognos server.
It's ok,but...i 've clicked again on +,to open a new folder and connecting with other user, and i 've seen that cognos request to type url.
So,so my question is...
mobile configuration code is the only way to launch cognos mobile without typing url ?and it's not stored and configured for a new session?
