contributor difference between 9.5 & 10.1

Hi,
In tm1 version 9.5 when you login into contributor for example http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc/ there is an icon on the toolbar to 'Design an Application' in my newer version of 10.1 this is not there!

I've enclosed a screenshot of both versions.. Is there something I have to configure to make this visible or has the product changed in some way from 9.5 to 10. What I want to do is to create a managed application in version 10. In version 9.5 I would use the design an application icon to do this.

Wrong group. This is Cognos Planning group and you are asking a TM1 question. Anyway, in TM1 10.1+, there is an icon on tm1 app portal to open Performance Modeler where you can create and publish an app. Contributor is now referred as TM1 app. Never worked with previous TM1 versions, so not sure how you create app there.
