Data formatting issue

Hi Gurus,

I need your help for one of the issues i am facing.

we have one report where we used some render variables and java scripting to satisfy the user requirement. It is working fine at our end for HTML, excel 2002 and excel 2007.
But user is saying that he is not able to view the data in excel 2007 whereas he is able to see the data in excel 2002 and HTML. I really can't understand where the problem exists!

our environment
OS:win 7
Browser: mozilla firefox 24.8.O ESR
cognos version : 10.2

Any help at this time would be really appreciated!
