Report Bursting

I would like to burst PDF format Report(which is having multiple lists and associate queries) to multiple users(instead of sending manually to each user).I have an UserID in the query and email should be UserID||@'@xyz.com',Have tried to create Burst query and including email address data item and UserID data items.  Have defined master detail relationship between main query and the burst query based on UserID data item.somehow this setup is not working and emails are not triggering.

Could you please advise me whether Bursting with pdf format(password protected) is feasible in Cognos if the answer is Yes, do I missing something in this setup?
