Showing % when Number Selected?

Any ideas as to why Cognos/Report Studio would be formatting numbers as % even when number is selected?

The colored highlighted sections are set to % and have conditional formatting, but the rest does not. I don't know what caused it as a few days ago just this one page has this issue. There is no conditional formatting on the rest of the areas that show %'s > 100. I have attempted to cast the data values as int, but that made 0 difference.

Check the data format at FM  level...


may be that is also one reason.

It is a SQL query and in the SQL query the data is cast as INT.
