Using Position/Size in Report 10.1.2 (Dim. Hierarchy) Crosstab

I have a crosstab and I have setup the Positionng Size & Overflow to Width 300 px. The customer wants to wrap the content of the column when it hits 20 Characters.

If you have anything to advise for setting up the Property of this specific Node Member, please let me know.

Not sure how many characters for 300 px. The Space & Breakdown is attached.
