Receiving email twice after scheduled report bursting.

Hi all,

i have scheduled a report to burst , when it runs on the scheduled time the e-mail shoots twice for the same report with the same data in both the PDF's attached in the mail, but when i manually burst the report the email shoots only once.

i dont know where i am goin wrong. is it something to do with the burst groups defined in the report ?

Kindly request you to help me resolve this.

at the scheduled time, does Activity Monitor show the report being executed twice or once?

Hi,

the activity monitor just shows the report is executed once.

the issue has been resolved, what i did is, i  deleted the created schedule and created a new one.

came across the solution on the internet so tried it and it helped.
