Query Studio error

Hi,
When opening up QS at present in our Production environment, we sometimes get a RSV-SRV-0040 error on connecting to any package. This is random and happens for all users, seems to be getting worse.
We are on 10.1.1 running on windows with MSSQL 2008.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Further update, I've been busy carrying out some testing where by I've got QS working correctly!
•   By setting up a routing rule to the BI reporting (Active Content Manager) server.
•   Setting up routing on the 5 other servers/dispatchers fails
•   But Planning fails due to the routing rule.
IBM have investigated and they think it maybe is an issue with the Dispatchers, of which there are 6, also that 4 of the servers have the Presentation Service disabled via Cognos Config.
So I've got further testing to carry out! ::)
