Format General Field to Time.

Is there an easy way to change a field format from General to Time?  I have tried all the Functions and nothing works.  For instance the time is 025032 (02:50:32 PM)  I am new at using Impromptu.

Just brake it apart using Mid and construct new time (or string) from the parts.
