Crosstabs not aggregating correctly

Hi,  Hopefully someone might be able to help with this one.

I have a query that is a result of a join between 2 other queries that is creating some bespoke dimensions based on the differences between fields in the 2 orginal queries, and then created a row count/marker for each row to show volume.

Im then creating a series of crosstabs and list to show this data in a number of different ways, however, the crosstabs are always showing a lower volume for some reason.  The list reflect the correct volume, but for some reason the crosstabs either arent including rows or are aggregating rows together and not aggregatign the measure, im not quite sure.

Ive tried associating the data items not used in the crosstabs using the properties property for the crosstab node members and that doesnt work.

Ive also tried to run the crosstabs from a new query that is referencing the other query, and while that fixes the issue with the crosstab, I cant use it as the proper solution as it causes an "SQL is too long or complex" error in DB2.

Any suggestions as to what the problem is would be most welcome.  if it helps we are using v10.2 on a DB2 data source.
