Report xml specification documentation

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is any report xml specification documentation by ibm.
Was just inspecting the report specification xml for a graph. In the xml certain tags have attribute refQuery  which points to query tag in quries section.
Was wondering how does it map it an granular level as to which query item lies on the x-axis, which measure is on y-axis.
I feel that the information is also present in the xml but  can't figure it out.

It would be of great help if some could throw some lights on these topics.
