Timezone question in 8.4.1 RS

Dears,

DB2 on z/OS table has a column with Timestamp type. The value stored in that is UTC time.
The same report will be executed in different countries. The requirement is that we want to display to the users with the time converted according to the TZ.
Any suggestion is welcome.
