Calendar In Cognos 10 ..

Hello Guys,

Are there any Calendar objects / tools that is part of Cognos 10 or can be integrated with it?

I am looking for something like Google Calendar where users can add events and the Calendar can send alarm emails or something. This should be public, i mean for all users.
